The staff was awesome, particularly the front desk personnel .
The room lacked proper soundproofing. I could hear everything from neighboring rooms. This disturbance really impacted my sleep. The noise from people flushing toilets was particularly loud, very annoying.

The room included Nuxe bathroom amenities. They smelled divine. I appreciated the welcome touch of croissants upon my arrival. The bed felt very comfy.

The room i got was nothing like the photos online. it felt pretty cramped, and i could hear everything. people flushing toilets and running water kept waking me up. also, the internet barely worked, so streaming anything was impossible. Not the greatest experience. the noise was just too much, unusable internet

The hotel advertised a Parisian style, though some services were not good. I stayed several nights and was told they did not have a dental kit. I asked for a bathtub plug every day. I got no plug . I heard noises from neighboring rooms. The walls must be thin.
